Prices are per night per room/apartment and include use of water, gas, electricity, towels and bed linens (1 set per week), air conditioning (only from June to September), heating (only from October to May) and wifi.
The rooms (not the apartments) have breakfast and daily cleaning included in the price.

You should leave the apartment tidy otherwise a final cleaning fee will be charged: € 30
