Apartments Lake Garda with pool at walking distance from the lake
This modern residence with 11 apartments is located just 50 metres from Lake Garda and within walking distance of the beach. You stay here in a quieter part of the lake, in a slightly more sheltered setting that creates a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. I visited the residence myself in winter, on a beautiful sunny day. It was then that the location really stood out: the light over the lake, the peaceful surroundings and the view from the rooftop. The owner welcomed me warmly and showed me all the apartments – clearly proud of what has been created here. The small rooftop pool overlooking the lake is another feature that makes this a special place.
Nearby you will find several lovely beaches. Salò is just a few minutes away by car, Desenzano is easy to reach and Sirmione, with the Grotte di Catullo, can be reached in about half an hour. A pleasant base if you want to explore Lake Garda, while also enjoying your own place close to the water.
The apartments
The 11 apartments are modern and bright, with natural materials used throughout. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi.
You can choose an apartment on the ground floor with a garden or on the first floor with a terrace. Each accommodation has its own outdoor space, which makes the stay particularly comfortable – especially in spring and autumn, when the climate here often allows you to sit outside.
Pool and wellness
On the rooftop you will find a small infinity pool overlooking the lake, as well as a solarium with sun loungers. There is also a wellness area with a sauna and jacuzzi (available on reservation). Massages and treatments can be arranged on request, and yoga sessions are organised during the summer months.
Restaurant and breakfast in the apartment
Right next to the residence you will find the restaurant, which is also open to external guests. Here you can enjoy Italian dishes, regional specialities and pizza. In summer the restaurant is open daily (at weekends also for lunch). In spring and autumn opening hours are adjusted. Reservations are recommended.
Breakfast can be served in your apartment on request and a bread delivery service is also available. The residence also offers private parking with charging points for electric cars, bicycle rental and a reception where staff will be happy to help organise activities and excursions around the lake.
