Small-scale, luxurious retreat near Lake Garda

During my visit, I was immediately impressed: thanks to the passion and dedication of the owner, this elegant accommodation is cared for down to the finest detail. Everything exudes tranquillity, quality and attention to detail. It is a place where tradition and contemporary design come together naturally – a luxurious hideaway for those who want to stay close to Lake Garda, yet seek the peace and open space of the surrounding countryside.

This boutique accommodation was created with the idea of giving new life to an old family estate. The building had stood empty for years, but the current owners saw its potential and decided to restore the manor house. They oversaw the renovation with great commitment and care. The result is a meticulous restoration that highlights the original structure while blending it with modern elements and refined details. It is no surprise that this remarkable renovation has received several architectural awards – something the owners are, quite rightly, very proud of. They also live on the property themselves, contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Close to Lake Garda, yet away from the crowds

The property is located on the edge of a small and quiet village, just a 20-minute drive from Lake Garda. In the village you’ll find a simple but good bar/trattoria where you can stop for a morning coffee and croissant, an aperitivo or a casual lunch or dinner.

From the resort, you can easily visit Sirmione with its famous castle, long lakeside promenade and charming shopping streets. Peschiera del Garda, Lazise and Bardolino are also just a short drive away. Here you can stroll through atmospheric lanes, browse lovely boutiques and enjoy lively promenades. If you would like to explore a larger city, Verona is just 25 km away – perfect for a day trip. For families travelling with children, Gardaland is an ideal outing: this theme park is only 10 km from the resort.

All in all, the resort is an ideal base for those seeking tranquillity while still wanting to explore everything around the lake.

Swimming pool in a beautifully landscaped garden

The garden and pool have been designed with great care and offer several spots to relax, both in the sun and in the shade. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, free from crowds, and there is a lovely open view over the fields beyond.

The apartments

There are four apartments in total, each with its own layout. All interiors are modern in design and finished with carefully selected materials.
There is one apartment for two to four guests (with one bedroom and a private garden) and one for four to six guests (with two bedrooms). In addition, there are two lofts: a spacious loft for two to four guests with an open layout and a closable kitchenette, and a more compact loft for two to three guests with a large private terrace and direct access to the pool.

All accommodations feature air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a television, a well-equipped bathroom, and a compact kitchen with a fridge and dishwasher. Guests also have access to towels, bed linen, a pool towel, a welcome basket, a laundry room and a covered parking garage with charging station.
