Residence with comfortable family apartments at Lake Como
This family-friendly residence with 6 apartments is situated within walking distance of Lake Como. The owner of agriturismo number 6 called me to tip me off about this new agriturismo close to Lake Como. ,Even though it’s set in the countryside, it is not an agriturismo in the strict sense of the word, because it’s not an active farm. The residence is owned by four sisters, one of whom runs the in-house hair salon and small beauty centre.
Lake Como
The residence is located on the outskirts of a village, just 500 metres from the centre. You can therefore walk to buy fresh bread at the bakery or do some grocery shopping at the local supermarket. The village has a small harbour and a promenade with several cafes, restaurants and a very good gelateria at the end of the promenade, where people are queuing! The lake is just 400 metres from the residence. Also within walking distance from the residence you will find a boat rental, sailing school and tennis courts
The apartments
This residence is noteworthy for its great pool, with a separate children's pool. There are sun loungers around the pool, and a shared BBQ area, volleyball pitch and play area in the garden. There are a total of 6 apartments, all with two bedrooms and a private terrace (ground floor) or spacious balcony (first floor) with garden furniture. The furnishing is modern and the apartments are fully equipped with air conditioning, safe, satellite TV and wifi. The kitchens have an oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher. There is a joint-use utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board. The residence’s wellness centre offers therapeutic showers, sauna, and Turkish bath.
There is no restaurant, but many guests like to have dinner at the restaurant of nearby agriturismo number 6 (1 km), or take a relaxing short walk to a restaurant in the nearby village.
