Just 500 meters from the main farmhouse, seven newly built modern apartments provide the perfect base for guests planning a longer stay while exploring the many wonders of the region. Guests can unwind by the pool, enjoy a wellness experience in the spa, or take part in a wine tasting. The surrounding area is full of attractions, offering something for every taste.

Alba is a charming town, famous for its white truffle and prestigious wines such as Barolo and Barbaresco. The historic center invites leisurely strolls among medieval streets and squares, while nearby Grinzane Cavour Castle offers stunning views. Each year, the White Truffle Fair draws visitors from around the world. With its hills and vineyards, the surrounding countryside is ideal for hikes and tastings — making Alba a perfect destination for food, wine, and nature lovers.

Restaurant, Spa & Wine Tastings

The main building of the agriturismo — located 500 meters from the apartments — houses the guest rooms, the restaurant, the “winery spa” (a unique wellness area featuring treatments based on wine products), and the family wine cellar, where guests can taste the estate’s own fine wines. Apartment guests are welcome to enjoy these services for an additional fee and with prior reservation.

While the main swimming pool is reserved for guests staying in the rooms, the apartments have access to their own small dedicated pool.

The on-site restaurant is the perfect place to savor traditional local dishes, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients — many of which come from the agriturismo's own vegetable garden. A favorite among locals as well, the restaurant is a popular choice for weddings and group dinners, so booking in advance is recommended. Additional excellent restaurants are within walking distance.

The estate produces outstanding wines, which can be tasted in the cellar or at the restaurant. For those seeking ultimate relaxation, the spa offers a sauna, hot tub, and Turkish bath. Guests can also rent e-bikes (with or without a guide) or join a truffle hunting experience — booking is required, and the reception is happy to provide more information.

Pool & Play Area

The apartment area features a small pool (7m x 4m, max depth 1.4m) with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a solarium, perfect for soaking up the view and relaxing. The area is also equipped with a bathroom, changing room, and outdoor shower.

Children will love the nearby play area, which includes a playhouse, balance beam, and chalkboard, all located just in front of the apartments.

Apartments

The agriturismo offers 7 apartments: four one-bedroom apartments (Bilocali) and three two-bedroom apartments (Trilocali). All have been recently renovated and come with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Some apartments are spread over two floors, while others are on the ground or first floor. Each apartment includes either a private garden or a terrace with outdoor table and chairs.

Apartment guests can also enjoy breakfast, the restaurant, and the spa (extra charge), all located at the main building 500 meters away.
